Our mind-body approach to healing is based on this understanding and uses a variety of treatment methods to help you feel more at ease. 75 Minute Reiki Session-Includes 60 minutes of energy work and 15 minutes of information exchange on intuitive information gathered during the session. $100
Reiki is a natural healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner can channel universal life force energy to the client through gentle touch, improving the flow and balancing the body’s energy to support healing and well-being. The term comes from the Japanese words, “rei” meaning universal, and “ki” which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki was discovered in the early 1900’s by Mikao Usui. The benefits of Reiki include:
