Our Mind-Body Skills group is a powerful, effective combination of research-based healing therapies to help you deal with life changes, stress, and illness in an intimate, safe and supportive group setting. You will learn skills in meditation, guided imagery, autogenic training, biofeedback, breathwork, movement, journal writing, drawing, and mindful eating.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where floor poses are typically held for 3-10 minutes. The passive holds allow gravity to do the work. Muscles are kept relaxed so the stretch can target the deeper tissue of our ligaments, joints, and connective/fascial networks. This allows for improved flexibility and joint mobility. Yin Yoga focuses on 3 main principles:
1. Come into the pose to an appropriate depth.
2. Resolve to remain still.
3. Hold the pose for a specific length of time.
